166 – Hand Dyed Shibori cotton fabric

Hand dyed quilter’s fabric

This piece was patterned by folding it and clamping on a shape before dyeing. This beautiful fabric would be lovely in your patchwork, applique or other fiber project. The base fabric is a high-quality cotton muslin.

The fabric was washed several times during the dye process, so it is preshrunk. The total yardage is one yard.  Hand dyes should be washed again to test for excess dye.
